GOT AN ISSUE? WE’VE GOT YOU.

At Fucks Socks, we want you to love your gear. If something isn't right, here is how we handle returns and refunds.

1. 30-DAY RETURN WINDOW You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. After 30 days, we unfortunately cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

2. ELIGIBILITY & HYGIENE STANDARDS To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received them.

  • Items must be in their original packaging with all tags attached.

  • Important: For hygiene reasons, socks that have been removed from their original packaging or tried on are not eligible for return.

3. DAMAGED OR WRONG ITEMS If you receive a defective, damaged, or the wrong item, contact us immediately at info@fuckssocks.com with a photo of the product. We will evaluate the issue and make it right—either by sending a replacement or issuing a full refund.

4. RETURN PROCESS To start a return, please email us at info@fuckssocks.com.

  • Please note that customers are responsible for paying their own shipping costs for returning items (unless the item arrived damaged).

  • Shipping costs from the original order are non-refundable.

5. REFUNDS Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you if the refund was approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or PayPal to process the refund.

6. EXCHANGES The fastest way to get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
